1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Smoothli.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Smoothli.ai is an automated data preparation and model optimization platform that provides:

• Automated training data selection and categorization
• Synthetic image generation and blending capabilities
• AI model optimization tools
• Data analysis and visualization services

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account through our portal at portal.smoothli.ai. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

4.1 GDPR Compliance

As an EU-funded project, we strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data and uploaded content are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and European data protection standards.

4.2 Data Handling

All data processing is performed within European Union jurisdictions. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and protection.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you upload to our Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and process your content solely for providing our services.

5.2 Generated Content

Synthetic images and processed data generated through our Service are owned by you, subject to our license terms for the underlying technology and algorithms.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Current pricing information is available on our pricing page and portal.smoothli.ai. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All billing is processed through our secure portal platform.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or process content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without appropriate licensing

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8.2 Support

Technical support is provided according to your subscription level. Enterprise customers receive priority support with dedicated assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoothli.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. European Union Funding Acknowledgment

This project has received funding from the European Union. Any use of the Service should acknowledge this funding source in derivative works or publications where appropriate.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts with EU law precedence.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
